What next? Prayers and hope is all we got left.

Good Day my friends.

I know I have been a bad friend and not keeping in touch very often.  These days writers block seems to be in the way alot more then it used to, along with life events getting in the way.

So here is what has been going on.

In general Teresa and I are good.  We have been spending lots of time with family and friends here in Kitchener, which has been great.  Running our Relay for life team  Smiley'd Sidekicks takes some time out of us as well.  Though we are well on our way to reach our $5000 fundraising goal as we are just over $3000 now.  We still have a garage sale and a bottle drive to go.

Treatment wise that is where the problem lies.  The latest CT Scan showed progression and not shrinkage or no change.  So the DR has to stop the treatment as it is no longer being effective.  So we have gone through Treatment 1 and 2.  Now it is back to clinical trials.  There is potential trail which I could start sometime in May.  Couple of variables to tackle in the mean time.

Tomorrow Friday April 24th I am going in for a blood transfusion and possibly some radiation.  Future trials all depend on how this goes.  The transfusion is standard the round of radiation is not so standard.  But we do we we gots ta do.    As they say - back to the drawing board.!

There are 2 more clinical trails we are waiting to do some testing on.  It all just takes time.  Will provide greater details as we know more.

Keep on smilin
