Good day all. TGIF for those finishing the work week and hope you have a great weekend. The last weekend before Christmas. Yeah
Just a quick update today.
So this was a busy week. Especially yesterday.
Met with the Oncologist to review my case and no real updates as we have no CT Scan to review. Everything is stable right now and no changes. The next CT Scan has been put off for a few weeks or 2-3 more treatments as he only wants to do a scan when there will be changes. The scan dye is hard on the kidneys and doing a scan when there are no changes does not make sense. So we wait.
Had the PICC line done yesterday. Arm is alittle sore with the stitches and stuff. But all is good.
Going in on January 4th to have the port removed.
Off to treatment this morning.
Really enjoyed the month off of treatments.
Keep Smilin.

A day with Jay is a blog which follows our journey in the battle against Cancer. Here I will share treatment updates, feelings (good or bad) and other miscellaneous information about my wife and I. We hope you find some entertainment, inspiration and become more informed about this non discriminating disease. Teresa and I have been given a challenge, we accept the challenge and we will overcome this challenge.
